Your child’s privacy, in plain English
Wizzly is used by children, and it listens. So the answers to the questions you actually have should be in plain language, near the top, not buried three screens into a legal document.
What is the conversation data used for?
To run your child’s story, and to show you their progress in the parent dashboard. That is the whole list.
Do you sell it?
No. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we never will. Wizzly is funded by parent subscriptions — that is the only way we make money.
Is my child advertised to?
No. There is no advertising anywhere in Wizzly, at any tier, which means there is no ad targeting and no ad-tech in the product at all.
Is my child’s voice used to train AI models?
Not without your agreement. We do not hand your child’s conversations to model training you have not opted into.
Is my child profiled?
Not for advertising or resale. What we keep about your child is what makes their stories work and what shows you their progress: their age tier, what they have played, and how they responded during it.
Who can see it?
You. The parent account owns the child profile, and the dashboard is where you see what your child has been doing.
How do I have it deleted?
Email us and we will delete your child’s data. We will not ask you to justify it, and we will confirm when it is done.
The full legal policy — covering retention periods, our processors, and how to make a formal access or deletion request — is published alongside our terms ahead of paid plans. Nothing in it will contradict the commitments above.
If you want your child’s data deleted before then, or you have a question this page does not answer, get in touch and we will answer it directly.
